I design accessible digital experiences informed by a career that spans education, disability advocacy, UX design, and AI. My work focuses on making technology easier to understand and use for people with a wide range of cognitive, sensory, and physical abilities because accessibility is not an enhancement to good design—it is one of its foundations.

My career began in early childhood and special education, where I worked with autistic students and children who were Deaf or hard of hearing. After becoming disabled myself, I spent several years rebuilding my health while developing new professional skills in user experience, accessibility, and digital design. That experience gave me a perspective that bridges professional expertise with lived experience.

Today I work at the intersection of accessibility, education, AI, and design. I enjoy translating complex ideas into products, services, and experiences that are clear, inclusive, and genuinely useful.

I hold a B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development from San José State University and have continued my education through UX design, accessibility, and emerging AI technologies. My background combines human-centered design with years of experience supporting people with disabilities in educational and community settings.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me hiking with my dog in the Bay Area, reading, writing fiction, or tutoring family and friends in American Sign Language.
